French Commemorative Plaque

This plaque commemorates the Austro-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce in Paris, which encouraged trade between the countries. The plaque depicts produce, agricultural products, and tools of laborers. Notre Dame and the Seine are visible in the background. The plaque is signed "SZIRMAT" for the Hungarian designer and "Leo Spiller" for Leon Spiller, the French artist who made plaques in Paris from 1890-1915. This piece was sourced in France and is dated 1913.
